Update on Condo prices in Midtown Atlanta

Just analyzed data for a client, comparing one bedroom condos in Midtown. Sales data from April 2009 - April 2010 for one bedroom condo sales, compared to YTD 2010, shows a 1.5% price increase in the YTD figures! This is the first visible sign of price recovery I've seen. Let's hope for a steady stream of single digit increases going forward!!!

    J.D., are you aware of any new high-rise condo projects in Atlanta that have vacant retail space?
