Just analyzed data for a client, comparing one bedroom condos in Midtown. Sales data from April 2009 - April 2010 for one bedroom condo sales, compared to YTD 2010, shows a 1.5% price increase in the YTD figures! This is the first visible sign of price recovery I've seen.
